Time to Value
A signed engagement should identify the property, scope, visit frequency, deliverables, fee, taxes, travel, access authorization, limitations, cancellation terms and dispute process. The website is not itself a substitute for a signed engagement.

Company registration, domain status, applicable permits, tax obligations, professional boundaries, insurance and final policy wording must be confirmed with appropriate Kenyan advisers before launch.
