Inspection Limitations & Professional Boundaries
KOVIU reports visible evidence within an agreed scope. An inspection is not automatically a technical, legal, financial or security certification.
Time to Value
KOVIU cannot guarantee the absence of concealed defects, fraud, title problems, boundary disputes, theft, unauthorized occupation or future construction problems. Appropriate professionals should be engaged for regulated or specialist questions.
