What independence means
KOVIU should not accept undisclosed commissions from parties being assessed. Reports should document evidence even when a finding is commercially inconvenient.
What KOVIU is not
KOVIU is not a construction contractor, property seller or conventional property manager. It should not present an inspection as a legal title search, engineering certificate, formal survey or audit.
Proposed operating area
Nairobi and Kiambu initially, with surrounding areas added only when dependable field coverage and service economics are established.
